This policy applies to all purchases made on BoroughFashion.com. It complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

  • Important: The address listed below is our office only and not a return location. Returns will only be accepted at the return address provided by our team after authorisation (RMA).

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under UK law you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. We extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery. During this time, you may return any item for any reason.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@boroughfashion.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send the item back unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags intact via tracked shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty / damaged / incorrect items: Borough Fashion covers return shipping.
  • Change-of-mind or sizing issues: You are responsible for tracked return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and refund the purchase to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing us. If your order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and initiate a return as described above.

Specific Conditions

  • Faulty items: Please contact us with photos within 48 hours so we can assess the issue quickly. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving to remain covered under our return policy.
  • Damaged in transit: Report damage with photos within 48 hours for faster resolution. Items must still be returned within 30 days of receiving to qualify for a refund or replacement
  • Wrong item received: We will organise a free return and ship the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Parcel not delivered: We will open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, socks) once opened

Incorrect Address Provided

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, outbound shipping costs and a £15 admin fee may be deducted from your refund. Re-shipping is available upon request (new shipping fees apply).

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approval conditions: Item unused, undamaged, in original packaging or confirmed faulty.
  • Processing: Within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
