CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellations will no longer be possible. To cancel, please contact our customer service within the 30-minute timeframe info@boroughfashion.com. After the 30 minutes, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will have to wait until you have received your order to follow the return process.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address details. If a delivery cannot be completed due to such errors, any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, an administration fee of up to £15 may apply for processing the refund. Should you choose to have your order reshipped after providing the correct address, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs as well as any applicable administration fees.
